When I was 3 my sister, Sally, and I shared a donkey and a palomino lead-rein Jasper of Boyne. We both went on to have many successes with various poines. I first went to HOYS with my 13.2hh pony Wharf Domino. At 15yrs. I was offered the ride on the famous Whalton Heavens Above and won many County championships ending with a 5th at HOYS. During this time I was trained by Jerome Harforth and Sue Richie. I subsequently rode S.R.T’s and a hack Tilly Bean who I later showed in hand as a brood mare to win twice at the Royal Show.
Sally has shown Heavenly Boy Blue with amazing success.

Sophie is now nearly 9 yrs. old and is having huge fun and success on Abbeybells Sister Philomena Sophie was Res.Ch. in the Nureyev, Ch. at Brineton, Ch. at P.UK and 5th at HOYS She completed in F.R. on Abbeyvale Titania from being 4 and was 9th at HOYS. when Sophie was 7 and the pony was 19.
Now she rides the home-bred Hassan as a SHP though he is only 128cm. In 2009 Sophie qualified at Windsor for RIHS and at Gr. Yorks for HOYS.
I currently compete on the R.H. Templar out of Tilly Bean, the multi champion coloured stallion. Stormhill Mink and on Heavenly Boy Blue. Sally may bring him out in hand again.
